I can't believe how our dollars taxes are spend with this bureaucracy of stupid lazy employees that are in this office only because they are protected by the union that represents them. This employees make too much money for the production work that they give. They are always on breaks therefore people have to be waiting for hours to get a service. All they do is talk all day with their fellow coworkers.

Went in for a CA License, I already have a WA State license with a motorcycle endorsement. After getting all the necessary paperwork like the two proof of residency I was told if I wanted the motorcycle endorsement on there. I said no and the lady working there insisted I get it. So I take the take the tests for driving and riding. I pass driving but fail riding. So I thought OK no problem, I can just retake it right? NOPE they told me I had to do the process ALL over again. They have wasted my precious time and money when I told me I was able to retake the test in the beginning. Poorly educated and unmotivated staff. You really have to fight to push the paperwork through. Which should not be the case at a DMV.

Went to get my license for my motorcycle had already passed the MSF for riding and passed the written there yet they gave me another permit? the lady in the testing area did not even have the know how to create my ID. Had better luck in Hawthorne.

I have been here a couple of times and I would like to say that this is the best DMV branch I have gone to. The staffs are understanding and knowledgeable. The best part is that the queue is never too long. The restrooms can be cleaner, though.

Cool and good ... helpful staff Obviously there will be waiting time for non appointments..None can avoid it ...can't avoid waiting time😜
