I would not recommend this office to anyone. We have had the worst experience with them. Dr. Ingram is rude as are the nurses! We will gladly take our business elsewhere.

It was traumatizing. I went in to have my upper and lower wisdom teeth removed. I told the nurse before we started that i did not numb well, that I always need extea numbing meds. They started the gas, the doctor gave me some shots. ( now my top tooth only had roots showing and the bottom was broken on the side and the nerve exposed)so they started and the doctor told me the way we would communicate was, thumbs up meant I was good, if I raised my hand I was in pain. So he got the top one out, and started the bottom one, and i felt  pain so I raised my hand, and the Dr pushed my hand down and said, " put your hand down" and kept working. So I raised it again,  and he did the same thing again. By now I'm crying the pain is so bad and I try to say it hurts with the thing in my mouth that is holding it open. And I am having trouble breathing through my nose like in suppose to cause in so upset and hurting and can't believe in being treated this way. Then Dr. Ingram puts his hand over my mouth and tells me to stop. He has already broken part of the tooth out and I have dealt with this tooth pain for over 6 months now so I just want the tooth out. I am so upset by now and i'm pain I think I my have a heart attack. So I had to endure the rest of the surgery in pain. And afterwards Dr. Ingram grabbed my hands and said, " its over, its over". And told the nurse to give me a juice box. She did and I was jerking so bad and upset and can't breath I couldn't even drink it. The nurse walks me to the check out desk and I still can't breath to hardly talk to them. And the lady at the desk says to me, your mom went to the car she could not stand to here you so upset.( my mom had ask to get back there to check on me and they would not let her).I would not recommend. This dentist to anyone. My opinion, he should not have a license to practice.

I broke all my front teeth and it took him two weeks to set an appointment then when he "fixed" them they where was short and now they are so sensitive I have to warm cold stuff not to mention I was telling him the whole time he was suffocating me because he was pushing the mask against my nose and he didn't give the novakane time to kick in.  All together it was a worse experience than breaking my teeth in the first place (P. S. He is generally rude!)
