“One of my dreams was to create better smiles for people and I believe I have achieved that” says Dr. John Tchaboukian who recently acquired a dental practice in La Verne named, “Inland Dental Group” on Foothill Blvd. Born and raised in an Armenian family in Lebanon, spanning three countries, Dr. Tchaboukian has been practicing in California for the last decade. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Yerevan State Medical University in 1992 and continued his education afterwards in Lebanese University & UCLA. A member of American Dental Association, the California Dental Association and the Lebanese Dental Association, he has a particular interest in cosmetic and restorative dentistry. He is family oriented, passionate towards his profession, takes pride in what he does and treats all his patients like his family. In his time outside the office, Dr. Tchaboukian enjoys outdoor sports such as: biking, archery and hiking. His hobby is photography. He’s excited to serve the La Verne community to meet their expectations in their dental needs”.

Super friendly office staff and Dr. John is amazing and very gentle and detailed while performing procedures. My first time there but I felt that my crown is being taken care ones and for all and I don't have to worry it again. It's always a relief finding a decent and caring dentist that you can trust. Thank you staff and Dr. John.

Overall very good experience here. The only feedback I would give would be in the area of staff training in communication. I did not know that I would have to pay $300 at the time of service since I was informed the fee for the CT would be part of the overall fee. At checkout, I was informed that my copay was $300 but this was incorrect. I should have been informed that my insurance only (minimally) covers implants under specific circumstances and that none of the visit was covered. Then I should have been told the total fee, the discount (Thank you for that by the way) and then that the fee for the CT was $300 and payable that day. Also, I was erroneously informed that because I had not used my Care Credit account in a few years it had been "inactivated" and I had to reapply. This was an assumption on the part of the manager that was simply incorrect. The staff simply had to go through another channel to confirm the account. I will admit that this part of the experience could have been avoided had I had the card with me in the first place. Nonetheless, staff education in these matters would help. Thank you for an overall pleasant and professional experience.

I have a horrible fear of going to the dentist and probably cancelled my appointment for a filling four times. I called to cancel yet again but Jessica talked to me and encouraged me to come. She was so very sweet and understanding and assured me that Dr. John has a very light touch and she guaranteed that I would not regret it. She actually moved my appointment up to the next morning so I didn't have as much time to worry. I am SO glad I followed through and took her suggestion. I even scheduled another appointment for my next procedure. Every person I've dealt with at Inland Dental Group has been top notch and very nice and professional.

This AM , I had a crown come off. At 9am, I called Inland Dental (My regular dental office). By 11 am, Dr john and his great staff got it fixed in a short period of time. I use to go to this office when Dr Patel owned it. When he left, i wasn't looking forward to searching for a new dentist. I am glad that Dr Patel introduced me to Dr John Tchaboukian aka Dr John! He is very user-friendly , helpful but most importantly , he is an excellent detail-oriented dentist. The office staff is exceptional, friendly.....a family so to speak! My wife and I have been going to see Dr John since he and his staff took over and have never been disappointed.
