I order from the Luncheon special; I chose the open face sandwich with vegan cheese, I had better vegan cheese. I like the tortilla chips, coleslaw and sunflower sprouts on the side. I went to pick up my order, and notice the menu with desserts; I chose the banana creme pie, it was on the list the price was six dollars. The waiter said I wouldn't be disappointed with my choice of the dessert. He also mentions the price was incorrect on the menu; all their desserts are 7 dollars. I told the guy that they should honor the amount that's on the hard copy, anyway I place the order. I brought it home and noticed it wasn't what I expected, the description of the pie said banana creme pie, not the creme on the side in a small container and you have to put it on the pie. The creme was mix with coconut, and the dessert itself looks like a chocolate pie, what a waste of money. I've learned in the past be very careful what you order that you never tried before, mainly their specials, like me I was disappointed.

I eat here all the time! Every meal tastes like it was cooked with the best ingredients they could find. No microwaves so sometimes there's a little wait for your food but it's always worth it. Small, quaint, cozy place where you get to know the wait staff pretty easily. Sunday brunch is sooo good but there's always a wait because the place is pretty small. Love it here

A delightfully simple, but elegant food. Others whom I have proudly brought say they could easily be a vegetarian if this is the way most vegetarians eat. Its quiet and even romantic atmosphere coupled with the wonderful comestibles have made me come back for over 30 years. With everything changing so much in our world....this is one place you can count on to stay the same with its quality and great staff.

I have been coming to this restaurant since the early 1980s. It is the absolute best. Everything is just right: sensational food, bright, cozy atmosphere, friendly people.

Unique, high-quality, vegetarian dishes. They always have daily specials that allow for exciting new experiences. I have eaten here many times and even my meat-loving friends enjoyed it! There is usually a line, but it is well worth the wait!
