I have worked with InnerCity Property Management since 2008 when I bought my first foreclosed house in the City of Detroit. The fee for their services is $75 and hasn't changed in 10 years. In addition, when I didn't have money for a Hot Water tank. Inner City purchased one for me upfront and then I reimbursed them. They have found multiple tenants for my property located on the East side of Detroit. While they are not a perfect company and you have to stay on them in terms of follow up. They have been honest and have done all the paperwork, screening of tenants that I neither had the time or patience to endure.  I still have a relationship with them today and have no plans of leaving.

We have hard a hard mix work relationship. I received my rent checks late so many times in 3 years I stopped counting. With the last tenant they never monitored the lawn or the utilities. Illegal lights were on since August 2016, shut off 4 times. For over 2 months my payment was lost and no one returned my calls. Finally the tenant is out with 6 other adults and 13 children. It is sad you can't work with our own people.

Poor management they don't have anything handicapped accessible maintenance is poor & they are scheming just for extra i wouldn't recommend this management to no one not even for first timers i like the old people better

I would never recommend Inner city property management llc. To any of my constituents friends or family ... I was treated very disrespectful by the Owner/Manager Ms.Juanita,  she shows no patient's with a potiental Renter ... I was hung up on while specking with her ,  I was over talked by her , I was trying to explain that I was recently released from the hospital from having a stroke and to be a lil patient with me but I couldn't get a word in edgewise... So after being hung up on I called back to say that I would rather not do business with them because of her rude behavior and I would like my refund back that day ... I was then told NO and that I would have to wait until Friday ... Mind you two days later and very inconvenient for me ... Very unprofessional Lady Ms Juanita...
