There is NOTHING FAST about this pharmacy! They should tell you 3 days up front. I would have gone somewhere else if I knew I would have to suffer another 3 days waiting for meds . Their prices are good and their compounds. Hurry up! They can't even give you an idea when it will be ready, they keep saying we'll call when ready. They get extra stars because they do good work and prices are better than most.

I will never use them again. I am a patient at Progressive and they were compounding a medication for me that I desperately needed. They told me that they had it ready and that it would ship fedex the next day. I received an email saying it was set up for shipping and it gave me a tracking number. After 5 days I finally called back and a snotty little pharmacy tech kept telling me that it had to compounded and that they had 3 to 5 business days to complete the order. I told her that the pharmacist had said that it was already compounded and ready to ship. Nothing....crickets...not I'm so sorry, not oh let me see what happened. She just kept saying we have 3 to 5 business days...like some kind of robot and with no compassion or concern for the fact that it was causing me health issues as well as stressing me. I just called because Progressive phoned in a refill and was provided with same Mantra and the added disclosure that they don't ship on Friday. So in an effort to try and figure out how I should control my medication I asked for estimate of when it should arrive. Again...we have 3 to 5 business days and we don't ship on Friday...and of course they aren't open on weekends...I guess. At any rate, they couldn't venture to guess if it would 3 or 5 days or if maybe they weren't too backed up and thought they could get it out on Thursday, or if they are just so busy that it will be 5 days and I might as well count on the maximum. That's what I'm going with but really, how about acting like you care or like you are going to do it as quickly as you can (even if you don't care and you are going to take sweet time). Fake it, pretend customer service is important. I'm out, no matter how good your skills are if you don't have time to just "Be Nice" then you don't deserve my business and you can bet I will let everyone I know how I feel.

My wife and I have used Innovation pharmacy for over 2 years and want to say what a great experience I have had with their customer service and quality of their compounds.  I could have them mail our prescriptions but prefer to pick them up myself because of their service and the ability to stay up to date on their knowledge. 

Owner, Shawn Hodges always remembers my name and always offers to help in any way.  

I highly recommend them!

Great service - I received a call from them within an hour of my doctor faxing my son's prescription over and they're always prompt in refilling it. He really enjoyed the great flavors offered also!

Quick turn around.  I found the lady I spoke with to be friendly and knowledgeable.
