Did a refi on our house to lower the interest rate. On the day of the closing Innovative Abstract was unable to print some of the documents needed and their Internet connection was not good. Loan officer had to go back to the bank to print some documents for the closing because Innovative Absctract was unable to do it.

After the closing was complete they asked if we would like to pick up the settlement check or have it mailed. We said we would pick it up. When we went to pick it up we were informed the check had been mailed because no one left her a note saying it was going to be picked up. Not a huge deal but still dissappointing and not very professional.
