First time I have ever been, nurse was waiting on me before I even had my paperwork finished. Real quick. Decent bedside manner. I had to return in the same day for complications, and although it was a different staff, still experienced a good visit. Both doctors seemed to know what they were talking about, and the nurses were great. If I have to go to an ER, I would make the trip here again.

No wait time. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I had gone to a walk in on Sunday and got an incorrect diagnosis. I was in and out in less than an hour. Great doctor and nurses. Should have come here first. Won't make that mistake again.

I've never experienced more than 10-15 minutes of wait time. Intake and medical staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Triage area is clean.

If you have a high-deductible plan, go elsewhere. I took my daughter in for a dislocated elbow because no one else was open. They saw her quickly and fixed the problem by rotating her arm. The whole thing took maybe 5 minutes. The bills for $1500 (doctor) and $1400 (ER visit) have now come, and they won't come down (I asked). $3000 to rotate a child's arm? No IVs, no shots, no meds. We rarely use our high-deductible plan, so we have to foot the entire bill. Had we gone to the urgent care facility across the street (open during business hours) it would have been $180.

I visited the ER early (2:30 a.m.) yesterday morning after cutting the back of my head. There was virtually no wait time, and the staff were all courteous and pleasant. Dr. Haile has a gentle touch, and I felt very little pain when getting staples. Thanks also to nurse Rosslyn, who examined me initially and reassured me when I asked about possible head trauma. All in all, I was very satisfied with the care I received. Note that I haven't received the bill yet.
