Everyone from checking on n to the nurse to the doctor are amazing I can't thank them enough they show so much compassion for their patients I wish we had this medical care in NC they blow UNC Duke and Wakemeb out of the water for their compassion and excellent service they take time to know the patient

Fantastic care! Thought I had a heart attack but it was vertigo instead. I got every possible test and the best of care ... The entire staff was top notch. Had it been a heart attack I am sure I would have survived. It is comforting to know they are so close. Barb Berge

Went into er for simple prescription refill (asthma meds). Took me it would be quick, as it was late evening 10:15 and since I was there for simple refill I'd be "in and out". An hour later after 1 nurse asking me the same questions twice, then a second nurse coming in to do a second triage and not even seen a doctor. Ended up going to inova Springfield. 5 minute drive north, seen by doctor within 10 mins of walking into er, on my way home within 30 mins. Staff at Springfield was awesome, they had more patients in both waiting rooms and patient rooms yet were able to identify a simple patient and got me in and out. I had been to the lorton facility before and this trip was no where near there past services. I ended up leaving as the staff seemed overwhelmed and not coordinated.

Had a wonderful experience today. They were fantastic with my 13 month old. Dr. Reynolds had a great bedside manner and Nurse Molly was amazing!! Great to know we have such a great facility in our backyard.

Yeah so, I went to this emergency room because my ear was plugged from ear wax, I wasn't waiting that long however, when the nurse got to me she seemed really apathetic towards helping the problem, just going through the motions if you will. Was talking down to me, in a condescending tone. I told her I couldn't really hear to well, but didn't project her voice much at all. The doctor wasn't as rude, but looked down a lot and didn't project his voice either, he looked in my ear and told me that my ear drums looked eroded and gave me a specialist to go to, and that it was out of his hands. He told me that since they didn't do anything that he would put me down as a routine check up and that I wouldn't be billed, admittedly I could have mis heard this since my ear was plugged and he didn't project his voice, I went to the specialist 3 days later he said I had ear wax build up and flushed my ear, and that was it, charged me 65 bucks. I then recieved a bI'll from inova for 5 times that amount.... So yeah.
