I have been a loyal customer of over 40 years. I have had it with ShopRite of Lodi, NJ this is my third complaint. The store is not managed well. Several products out for weeks, rotten produce, bottom of the barrel, it should be addressed with Wakefern, I don’t have money to throw away. A fee for online ordering is disgraceful I have a problem every time I order online. Products missing, expired dates, rotten produce I was given products that I did not order or pay for, I had to go to the store and return the products. I am seriously thinking of not shopping there anymore.

SARA from Home Shopping in Wayne, NJ store has by far the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever expieracned... I WORK FOR A FORTUNE 50 BANK IN NY for last 20 Years... YES Fortune 50!! I WANT HER ON MY TEAM. SHE IS SO!!! Sweet, understanding, knows what to say to customers, so cheerful... I had made a mistake and felt like an idiot when I called her and she found the issue. She made me feel like a HUMAN and said, very softly and carefully, “We all make small mistakes at times, you should not feel like that, it will be my pleasure to handle your order when it comes in.” I JUST MELTED with her response and how she made me feel!! I wish all my customers felt that way when my folks speak to them... HOLY COW! She is very special and should be acknowledge for her commitment and “BEST IN CLASS SERVICE” to Inserra Supermarkets Inc. I can go on and on about her... and I only spoke to her for 2 1/2 minutes... but, can tell she is very special and will go places. YOU ROCK SARA FROM HOME SHOPPING IN WAYNE NJ. The personnel who work at the Wayne Shoprite are not friendly especially in the deli dept. I was waiting at the deli on Friday 9/1/17 and I don't know this persons name but he may have been a supervisor or team leader, he skipped over one number and called my number and then accused me of trying to cut in front of a woman who wasn't even paying attention to who was next. the store and especially the deli dept is very poorly run and I am probably going to shop somewhere else!

A horrible store to shop in . It is probably the oldest Shop Rite in NJ. They Have approvals to upgrade it and have done NOTHING in 2 years...Shop elsewhere.
