Not sure what's going on there. They used to be pretty reliable, but tonight my delivery took way over an hour. When I called no one answered the first few times I called, then the person on the phone didn't seem to have any particular reason why. I left two notes asking them not to knock, but to call instead because it's so late and I share my house, but they showed up 45 minutes late with no explanation and banged on the door anyway. If I could have taken back my tip I absolutely would have. Just so disappointed in the service here. Order at your own risk.

Insomnia in Ypsilanti is amazing. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Special orders are no problem for them. My daughter loves the gluten free Chocolate Chip Cookies.

I only gave two stars because the cookies are delicious and, if you pick them up yourself, still warm. They are also extremely overpriced (they aren't even organic) and the selection is more grocery store than gourmet. I'm not entirely confident that they are so much freshly baked as they are simply popped in a microwave as they are ordered.

3 plus hours waiting on delivery and trying to work with the stupid call center! Horrible service! I still don’t have the order delivered. The call center just claimed that they sent it out for delivery a 4th time! What a joke!

Some of the best cookies I've had in my entire life. Pretty expensive, around $9 for 6 cookies but you definitely get what you pay for when you come to insomnia cookies. They always taste great, wether it's 2PM or 2AM.
