I had a good experience on my outing today for cookies. I got waited on right away and the cookies were melty, warm and delicious. I saw only one worker and she was pleasant, prompt, and efficient. This was my first visit to an Insomnia Cookies and I will be back. The Double Chocolate Chip cookies are too die for.

Read the reviews expecting overpriced average cookies and unpleasant customer service. I got the exact opposite. The cookies were warm and delicious especially the special Bananas Foster cookie and not bad in price - 6 big cookies for $11. And customer service was great!

Cookies are amazing! I unfortunately cannot say the same for the customer service aspect, which is why I can only give this place three stars instead of five.  Tonight was my first time patronizing this business and I was rudely glared at by the cashier from the moment I entered. I told her I needed a moment to look over the selection of cookies being offered and she acted as if I were annoying her, rolling her eyes and going to play on her phone. I get that not everyone enjoys their job and that late evening shifts can make people crabby, but that is no excuse to treat a customer that way. I felt very unwelcome here and couldn't wait to leave after receiving my cookies.  I wanted to give her the benefit of a doubt, but based off the other reviews I've read, this is a constant theme with the employees working at this particular location. I highly recommend the manager does something about this soon because it's not good for business at all. Positive word of mouth is EVERYTHING and poor customer service will drive away business in the long run. It's a shame that such a place with good albeit VERY overpriced cookies has garnered up a bad reputation because of lazy, entitled, and rude employees.

I had a major sweet tooth and decided to give this place a try! the place is a little pricey so it's not somewhere I would frequent but my order tasted great. I could tell my cookies were fresh baked and they tasted amazing. **pictures shown is the Commercial Break Pack**

Lines fluctuate people love those cookies. But the staff was quick and friendly. 6 pack of cookies got a variety. It was late night like almost 1am. Check it out if you live cookies!

Visited this bakery today at 6p. When l walked in a consumer said that the cashier directed we had to wait 15min before we were able to place an order. We waited, about 10 min into waiting another person came in to order. Thr cashier was RUDE and said " y'all not picking up, there is a 20 min wait to order and there is a bus load and others waiting ahead of you. " Her attitude was very nasty and then she announced another 20 min wait. I left and don't plan to try again. I will try the west side. Maybe they are kind to people who wanna spend money. If l could give 0 stars l would because l did not feel like a welcome customer.

They didn’t have the brownie available that I ordered. So instead of still giving me the cookie I ordered she cancelled the whole order.  She failed to mention on the phone that she would have to cancel the whole order. How hard was it to communicate that to me I don’t understand. She left me no choice in the matter.

Delicious cookies…as usual  Staff delays in serving  Bought a variety of cookies , they had a deal 18 cookies for $28.

I was delighted to find this next to the UH hospital when I was visiting. I ordered the 12 pack minis and they were made fresh for me. The employee was very kind and courteous. Most importantly, delicious cookies! A little pricey but worth the treat now and then.

This location as always provided us quick service; we rarely have to wait for cookies. My only hiccup with this particular location is that the cookies are a little overdone. The edges are on the crunchy side and the cookies are well done all the way through. This sounds like a silly comment, but when I think fresh hot cookies, I want them to still be soft in the middle, not just a standard old semi-hard cookie like one I can get at Subway for alot less money.  The cookies themselves are pretty basic standard cookie flavors like chocolate chip, triple chocolate, peanut butter, etc. They are a normal size cookie as well. So ultimately they’re pretty pricey at over $2 each, but getting them relatively fresh on a Tuesday at midnight is the draw here. I do recommend the Insomnia Cookie franchise, but don’t think you’re going to get a Crumbl experience.
