Try a massage.  Before I tried it, I thought it was luxury. Now I believe it to be a medical necessity.  Regular massages help to improve my sleep, and remove nagging chronic pain that I am not always consciously aware of. The massage therapists here are very friendly and well trained and talented.

...everywhere, trying to find a masseuse who was strong enough and intuitive enough to work out my extremely tight and tense shoulder knots.  Finally found an awesome masseuse in Crystal! She is the best! (although I haven't tried the other gals, I'm sure they are great too)  She custom tailors the massage to your needs,  with the perfect amount of pressure (whether  you like light or strong) and seems to have a great knack for finding all the little knots! I love going here, and would definitely recommend it.  (There are two locations - South St and Westnedge - both are wonderful)
