Lane was so helpful and had all of the times for our fast passes and reservations set perfect! It was an amazing experience and so easy for our family to just go and enjoy no hassle! Thanks to lane! My family and I thank you for setting everything up for us it was all so easy and everything went so smoothly thanks to you ❤️ my daughter rode her first roller coasters there and had such a good time! Lane helped me plan an awesome vacation and I can’t thank her enough.  I never would have figured it all out without her.  We enjoyed every park, ride and meal we experienced.  I know we missed so much but I still feel like we got to do all the activities that were fitting for our family. I am so thankful for the lanyards and trading pins for the girls.  They really had a lot of fun checking out all the pins and trading with the cast members.  It was a good way to get them to interact with Disney!

Thank you so much for planning such a wonderful trip for us.  It was truly amazing and we could not have done it without you.  We will definitely be calling you for our next Disney adventure. I have to say, everyone was asking where I found Jennifer Shirley and telling me how wonderful you are.  All of my friends think you are absolutely amazing!  I know I will never do Disney without you.

Worst experience ever. Instead of making our trip planning easier she made it so much more difficult and stressful. My wife had to have the horrible job of dealing with Sandy and trying to get her do the things she promised. She does the classic bait and switch - super nice at first but as soon as you commit and she has made her sale, she disappears and becomes very uncooperative. 

Not only did she NOT do the things she promised but she didn't make reservations we wanted causing us to miss out on some things. We also caught her lying a number of times saying she mailed stuff out to us, she told us "it must be at neighbor's house by mistake," and then they would coincidentally show up in our mailbox the next day with no post mark.

She would also ignore emails and phone calls. We would actually use different phones so she wouldn't recognize the number and maybe pick up. 

As we called her out on her lies she got really nasty. You're much better off doing all your planning yourself. I actually teach small businesses how to be successful and use her as the ultimate example of what NOT to do.

Mary definitely made our trip smoother. Her experience helped our trip run so much better than if I was in charge! My son loved trading pins and we did not run into any issues at all while we were there.

I definitely will be using her again in the future!
