Went in late on a Thursday night because the buckle on my leather mail carrier bag broke (not even a shoe related issue). He said if he had a buckle he'd fix it immediately. By 9:20am Friday  I had a message that my bag was fixed and ready to pick up. It was done quickly and the quality of the work was fantastic.

Very unprofessional. Stopped by to get 2 pairs of boots to be spit shined for a police event. He wanted to charge 50$ for each pair. Bare in mind the average cost for spit shine is 15$/pair or 25$/ for 2. Once i tried to ask why the steep price he slammed the counter and said "Yeah, you don't want to get it done" and he walked away. I will never come back to this establishment.

Could not be more literal when I say he instantly repaired my shoes.  And did an AWESOME job!  Thank you!

Walked in with a hand made leather tool pouch that needed an additional snap added. Walked out 5 minutes later, job done.
