Good company, quality work.

They'll try to get by with whatever you are "satisfied with", not what they actually owe you.

The price was competitive, and at their services was good, except that they didn't check to see if they actually put the amount of insulation in that was quoted.  I'm assuming that someone probably "eyeballed" it, and gave the OK, then asked if we were satisfied.  We ended up cutting ties with them, as their crew would've had to come back, recover everything, and re-spray a good portion of the house.

On a side note:  Their spray/foam insulation is an excellent product.  Although we didn't get exactly what we were quoted, it still works amazingly.  We installed a small window unit (12000 btw) in the house while sheet rock was being installed, and the house temp never exceeds 75 degrees during the day, in 100 degree outside temps.

Jackson, MS. - Contacted Insul Pro Plus Wednesday, Sent a Tech to my home on Thursday, Friday morning the additional insulation was blown in my attic.  Took them less than 45 minutes to complete the project (from arrival to departure).  Very Professional from beginning to end.  My Service technician, Mr. Horn, kept me posted along every step of the way, even to call me over the weekend to ensure that I was satisfied.  My Air Conditioner will now cycle on and off during the day, instead of running constantly all day.  Thank You, for your entire professional staff, and helping to lower my electric bill.
