Clark and Kathy Johnson have been our agency for almost 20 years and we are very satisfied. I shop around every 3 to 5 years to ensure we are getting competitive rates and the combination of rates and service we get is VERY satisfactory.

I called for a quote on auto and homeowners insurance and was told by Mr Johnson that I needed to come in for an appt.  I told him I was shopping around and had gotten many quotes over the phone and online and was trying to see if his agency was comparable.  He told me he was not going to compete with other companies "around the block" and told me to have a nice day and hung up.  I guess I'd have to say the customer service was poor!  Needless to say I will not be doing business with this agency!
