Insurance Services is the best of the best. They always go above and beyond to make sure that I have everything that I need for my small business, my home, and my auto insurance is taken care of. They have great customer service, and everyone is friendly and helpful.

My experience with this company was horrible. Joan Sommantico was agent who not only lied to me but also was rude and very unprofessional. Joan quoted me one amount promised would be valid for 30 days her quoted amount. I called on the 30 day spoke to Joan again who stated they no longer except cash payment and that if needed could call following morning to make card payment and shed still honor quoted amount. I called next morning and what I thought WaS half down on 6 month policy payment. Thought all was ok then got statement in mail boy was I wrong. The payment that thought was half amount for policy was only a quarter of the now amount showing. $500 difference from quoted amount. Joan never told me and when I called she acted like it was no biggy its just $500 quote in quote. Then Joan proceeded to speak down to me and rude very rudely. THIS COMPANY WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THEM. THEY WILL QUOTE ONE PRICE AND CHARGE ANOTHER. VERY RUDE AS WELL BSD SERVICE

I've mostly interacted with Crystal. She's always happy and enjoyable to chat with. She's totally on top of what changes I've requested. There was a period of time when I was constantly making changes, adding a house, adding and subtracting cars, adding and subtracting drivers. She never hesitated, got it right the first time, gave me accurate advice. I couldn't ask for anything more. And when Crystal was away, whoever was available happily filled in!

I have worked with Scottie Moffett since the 1990's. She is the greatest!!! She is quick to answer all my questions. Sometimes, I feel like I should know the answer but Scottie always assures me that any question or request is worth her time. I can't say enough about how helpful she is and I love listening to her Scottish brogue when I get a chance to talk to her on the phone. She is the best insurance advisor we have ever used. Thank you Scottie from Ravenhill Construction, Inc.

Our representative, Crystal, is always willing to help us find the best coverage and rates. She is knowledgeable in the products she offers and responses in a cheerful and timely manner. I am happy to do business with Insurance Services Group, a local company!
