Insurance Solutions of NW Ohio has been very helpful over several of my insurance purchases. Through Insurance Solutions, I was able to find a competitive rate on auto insurance and purchase coverage the same day I asked for a quote. I also decided to purchase renters insurance at a later date, and the process couldn't have been easier. I was pleased with the service I received, and any questions I had were answered completely. When I went to purchase a home, I had no hesitation reaching out. Doug contacted the bank to sort out escrow details, and he provided a competitive quote within 48 hours, which made the entire process simple and painless. I receive advanced notification whenever payments are due and am given the option to conduct business digitally or through the mail. I will definitely be contacting them again for any future insurance needs.

Jon is extremely helpful and professional. He has helped my family with all of our insurance needs, and doesn't blink an eye to be honest and up front if his costs are more or not. Very hard to find such reputable businesses nowadays, but I am very grateful to be able to have my insurance needs taken care of with such personal attention. I recommend this company to anyone and everyone that is looking for great, honest insurance services.

I've used Insurance Solutions for over 10 years now and they have always found me the lowest insurance rates. I tell everyone I know to call them and so far they have all found lower rates as well. Even if you are happy with your current provider, I encourage you to at least call them and let them give you a quote.

My husband needed to find insurance that required more than what my insurance company could do so they referred us to Insurance Solutions and we spoke with Doug. I called the end of the business day and the next day we had a great deal found for us. For a situation we thought was going to be a hassle they made things very simple. We just explained what we needed and looking for and they did the rest! Very friendly and prompt and I would definitely recommend anyone there!
