I never realized how important health was until I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. I had a hard time accepting it because this disease is known to be a serious as it leads to many complications. I’ve taken medications but those had brought some bad side effects. I almost gave up. He told me that he saw a video posted by Integrated Health which talked about reversing the disease. He said that the video could give me some useful information. He was right! After watching the video, I had decided to call for an appointment. Dr. Wander had designed a program which included very thorough testing. The results had shown issues that my former doctors had not addressed. After starting the program, I had noticed that my blood sugar and cholesterol has dramatically improved. The staff is awesome and very supportive, thank you to Heidy and Nicole. I am really thankful to my friend who referred Dr. Wander.

It has been great to work with Dr. Wander. My health and overall well-being have improved greatly. I have seen measurable results! The staff and Dr. Wander himself are extremely attentive and never make you feel they are rushing you out---as some doctors/offices tend to do. When you are at Integrated Health Center of Maryland, you are in capable hands and are the sole focus of the staff during your appointment. I cannot recommend them enough. I have seen a dramatic improvement in my energy and outlook.

Dr. Wander takes the time to listen to my concerns, my changes, and follows up weekly with me to confirm that I am making progress. He is patient in providing answers to my questions and addressing my concerns. Dr. Wander ensures that I understand any new steps being taken. Although I still have a way to go, I do feel much better after just two months. His assistant, Heidy is great and does a good job of making sure I have what i need each week. I am very happy that I found Dr. Wander.

All I have to say is wow, I have been to so many doctors to handle my diabetes and thyroid issues. No one seemed to listen or understand my concerns. Forget about results. A co-worker told me about a thyroid dinner workshop and we went, very skeptical. After 5 minutes, I knew I had not tried everything like I thought I had, and that I was not crazy. It's like Dr. Wander, was talking right to me. I made an appointment and my husband and I went in. I was concerned he wouldn't take my case. He went through the appointment, a blend of intelligence and self-assuredness I had never seen or heard in my doctors. He took my case. Within 1 week I could sleep and have a bowel movement. After 30 days, I lost 17 pounds. I'm very optimistic about my future, for the first time in 15 years. The staff is nice as well. As Dr. Wander says, the numbers don't lie. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, I have to drive 45 minutes up and 45 minutes back from Northern Virginia. But, it's worth it.

This program really works and I consider this a blessing for me. I found out about this program through Facebook, made an appointment, and went through the program. 6 weeks later my blood sugar is low, and all my levels all down. I feel 100% better, I sleep better, have more energy, etc. I truly encourage people to give this a shot as a living testimony. This program works! Thank you Dr Wander and the entire team for having this program in place.
