It’s a lot but it’s my honest encounters.  Nothing gets done! 2 months later still adjuster have not received anything been 8 months of this now.  There staff sux!  One star because ZERO wasn't an option.   Go someplace the people working there actually care about the patients care and recovery, not the money they are  collecting off you.
If you enjoy 2 hr sits in the worlds most uncomfortable chairs this is also the spot for you.  How does a pain mgmt doctor leave people in chairs that have them leaving in more pain then when they arrived... don't forget to bring in the form yourself so hopefully they proceed with it to your insurance company so that your therapy isn't continually stopped because they don't properly send in the correct forms now 10 months in...lotta shiny 6 digit cars in that lot though... so they have that going for them which is nice...CONT again...Promptly on next visit had to laugh when there was pickup trucks and mid level SUV’s now in the lot.Either they don’t care or are complacent. As when IGl go to fill my prescription, it’s now scheduled for Sunday pickup which no one will be there so it’s now 3 Days without medication because they only want to sell you another surgery or ,1/2 assed, good🤞🏽luck 👍 hope it works for you; & when they realize that ain’t happening you’re treated like a lepor.  The 2 hr sits are awesome listening to everyone complaining about the wait. Great environment they create  as you sit in pain.  Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone let alone touch me for any procedures.  Zero trust in their abilities to do simple paperwork let alone any type of procedures that are best guess at best scenarios for a remedy.  Yes after a year of incompetence IMO laziness by staff whatever it was I will now be looking for someone whom actually talks with me and cares about me as a patient not looked upon as the payments on his house or what ever frivolous things that a flaunted about that wouldn’t be provided without me and your dibitaing/cronic pain & injuries.

&Oh yeah... type of people that take a simester of Accupuncture in college and bill themselves as an Accupuncturist.

I can't say enough about how great this place is.  The doctors are very personable, actually listen, take their time with each patient, and have/use a wide variety of tools/techniques at their disposal to help their patients out. I really can't say enough about the wonderful job these doctors do. Wish there was a 6th star I could give them. Very highly recommended. Call and ask to see Dr Royster or Kim today. You'll be happy you did.
