I am extremely disappointed in this facility, its staff and doctors alike. I purchased a 10 swim regimen in October of 2016 for my Labrador to stay in shape for field work and dog shows only to have him break out in hives from the base of his head to the tip of his tail. The water in the tank was so gross and the facility smelled really really bad. The same pee marks were there the few times I came. I had to put my dog on allergy meds and special baths and he is still not back to normal. I called the facility to let them know what was going on and to my dismay I was pretty much told ooh well we don't give refunds. We can freeze your account until the shows are over. What, the shows are never over and I WOULD NEVER subject my poor dog to this abuse ever again. Watching a healthy loving Labrador itch and scratch and roll around is pathetic and in my book NO Veterinarian or pet care facility should ever be in business if they are telling me ooh well. I thought Vets were there for the welfare of the animal guess this facility is just there for the money. In good conscience they should of just said I am extremely sorry that your dog can not come back and here is the refund of 280.00. Furthermore, I emailed this facility telling them I could not make an appointment over 24 hours before my appointment only to be called the day of my scheduled appointment by Jill asking me "where are you" I told her and also said I emailed you over 24 hours ago. Her response was I don't ever look at those emails. Wow, not only was she rood bu they took a day off the package. Again, I did what they asked of me and I suffer at the hands of money hungry veterinarians. Pretty sad that there are facilities out there like this one.
