FABULOUS LENDER AND EXPERIENCE! Everybody at Integrity is very nice and professional, it never felt like a traditional bank talking to them over the phone they were very about my needs and took the time to ask how we are doing with the process! The secretaries transfer you very quick to the person you want to talk to and they answer even your craziest questions. After the lender credits etc. we actually profited from our closing costs! They are also one of the FEW lenders that will use the GI Bill for veterans as income and that boosted our price range drastically in fact our best friends are also veterans and they used them after seeing our process and now we close on the same day! I can't stress enough that if you know someone that needs a lender... head their way, they beat the big banks out in every aspect (we looked into all options including banks that we still use for other loans- they still couldn't give us the rate that they will and the experience). Most documentation was electronic so it was SUPER easy compared to the horror stories I have heard from others buying their house. They are very easy to get in contact with and they don't hesitate to make sure you know everything they need and by when so I never felt rushed! Very, very great experience. I highly recommend Integrity Financial Services. Everyone I spoke with was outstanding throughout the entire process. The team worked hard to make sure we closed on time and to answer any questions I had. My wife and I can't thank Mark, Lisa, Brian, Kelly and the rest of the team enough.

This  is my second time using Integrity Financial and I will continue to use them whenever I need to acquire a mortgage. The professionalism is top-notch and customer service is a rare find in these times!   There was fantastic  explanations provided for the fees associated with purchasing my home.   The process can be overwhelming and the facts and figures a little hard to figure out but they took the time to explain and made it easy :-)  Thank you to Mark Spence and his entire team, Robert, Lisa, Brian and Kelly were all the great to work with. Thanks!

I can't say enough about Integrity Financial Services and their team of mortgage experts, Christian, Brian, Lisa, Kelly, and Tony. I'm sure there are more that helped make it happen. Thank you all! My sister recommended them after she had refinanced her home a few years ago. From the very first meeting to discuss the pre-approval process Christian and Brian where there to answer any of our questions and make the process of buying our first home as smooth as possible. Once our offer was accepted the Integrity team went to work getting us the best possible interest rate and getting us closed in 37 days from day the first offer was made, which was actually a week early from our original closing date. They rallied together to make sure we got everything in to them on time and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. Our realtor, of 20 + years, even said they were one of the best mortgage companies she has worked with as they kept her up to date on all steps of the process. We had heard many horror stories about buying a home and how demanding it can be, I am happy to say, the process couldn't have gone smoother. I'd highly recommend Integrity Financial Services to anyone looking to purchase a home in the near future!
