We have been working with INtegrity First for over three years. Mark Schnelzer first contacted us in early 2015 about our firm's PL insurance, when our policy had just renewed. When we asked him to contact us later that year, he did just that (no one else from the company reached out, unlike larger firms who can't seem to keep a simple database that we have already been contacted). Mark is one of the few solicitors who didn’t forget and didn’t bug us with e-mail throughout the year, contacting us only when asked. That seemingly simple level of attention to detail spoke a thousand words:  we weren’t just a number to him/INtegrity, we were a valued potential client with time restrictions that were respected.  

Not only did Mark get us the best deal, but he took the time to compile our existing policy terms with new options so we could make the most informed decision. We've continued to enjoy working with Mark (and the easily accessible and knowledgeable president of INtegrity First, Don Ivol, on our board service insurance questions), so much so that they now handle our BOP and WC insurance policies too. We are confident that Mark is shopping for us year-to-year, unlike our last large firm broker who passed us off from agent to agent and only offered a renewal of the current policy.
 
It's wonderful working with another small business who puts their clients and outstanding customer service first. And, they really do put "integrity first" too!

I am extremely pleased with the level of service and expertise my law firm receives from INtegrity First. Everybody in the company that we have dealt with is both friendly and professional. We plan to keep our business here for a long time.
