Warning**** This company is not insured DO NOT USE! We had Joey move a pool table for us on and in the process it was severely damaged. We asked if he would cover the cost and he said he would take care of it. He told us he would file a claim with his insurance company. We made several attempts to get in touch with Joey to see where he was at in the process. After multiple failed attempts we contacted the insurance company he said he was insured with. They informed us integrity movers was never insured with them that the company he previously worked for was insured but he was no longer insured since he was let go. After finally getting in contact with Joey he then said he would just pay us directly that he needed until last Friday 10/20/17 to pay us. Again we have not been able to reach him and he has not paid for the damages. I never leave negative reviews but felt this one needed to be shared to protect anyone else from getting into this situation. If Integrity reaches out to me and remedies the problem I will take this review down. This was my last resort to try and get a hold of them.

BEST.MOVERS.EVER.BAR.NONE. I highly recommend these movers. They are polite, respectful and efficient for a very fair price. First move that I've had where nothing was broken or damaged in some way (and it rained all day). You can't go wrong with Integrity Movers Waco. Thank you guys again!

One word...professionalism. The guys from Integrity Movers were nothing but professional. Yes, there was a glitch in the beginning (one of the employees decided to take the day off without notice) but we were "kept in the loop" the whole time. They came, they did, they left. A great bunch of guys to work with. Highly recommended...so much so that we have more to move and they will be the ones to do it.

***I felt the need to edit this due to the owner's response. I am not now or have I ever been an employee of this company. I am a teacher and single mother who needed help with a move. The fact that they would lie in response to my review speaks volumes to the kind of people they are. I wish I could post pics of my call log and unanswered texts!*** I strongly recommend that you not depend on this company! I spoke with Joey and hired them to move me. I advised that I would need another move in a month or so. He assured me that I would be satisfied and use them for my second move also. The day before my move, Joey was to call and confirm with me. By 4:45, I hadn't heard anything. When I called him, their was no answer and his voicemail was full. I figured he had been busy all day and would call me back. Around 6, I started calling him again several times, but never received an answer. Luckily, I was able to find another company to move me on such short notice. This company should change their name because they have no integrity!

Integrity Movers Co provided exactly that! Excellence in service, communication, and organization. The movers were very kind, professional, and treated my furniture as if it were their own. They arrived on time and efficiently moved heavy furniture with ease. I was very impressed by them and they made what seemed like a pain, a breeze. Because stairs were involved I thought it would be a daunting task. However, this obstacle wasn't even a factor in my move. The company even offered to help put together my item if I opted that service and assured me if I needed help in the future, they are there for me! I'm very happy with this company and I look forward to doing future moves with them. My family said in the past other movers didn't pay attention to detail or scarred the walls, etc. This company truly cares about it's clients and takes the time to do a job well done. I've told all my friends, family, and followers to hire Integrity Movers Co because they provide true first class service at an unbeatable price!
