Great people, great hours and great location! Need I say more? Yes. All that is true but I have not mentioned the most important part yet. I was in a lot of back pain and needed help. About 30 years ago I had gone to PT in Michigan for the same back issue. I was continuously in much more pain when I left my PT appointment than when I arrived. When I voiced this to my Michigan therapist, I was told that it always happened that way but after a few visits it would get better. LOL Far from it. I ended up quitting PT and based on that experience decided that PT was not for me. Fast forward to 2016. I was always in pain, it was difficult to stand, difficult to walk and sleep evaded me. Much of life was passing me by. The pain specialist wrote an order for PT and I cringed. It had been 30 years since that negative experience yet the memory was still fresh. I asked a trusted doctor, who she would recommend and her quick response was John Straessle at Integrity PT. She swore that John would meet me at the level that I was at; that I could trust him. I only half believed her but she was right! That first appointment, I was terrified that someone would do something, anything to make my back worse. No one did. We worked at a speed that I was comfortable with and when I finished my PT this time, I was in much better shape and a lot less pain. Sleeping through the night! John, Christy, Lucas were the regulars that I saw each visit but the rest of the gang is good people and great at their jobs.

I have been to several other physical therapy facilities, and Integrity has given me the best results. Ashleigh and Brittany (alphabetical order) are The Bomb. My low back pain has diminished 90% in just a few weeks. They even showed me how to realign my pelvis with some simple painless stretches, the results took only minutes!

Do not recommend this place...my first experience with PT - first visit I was there for 3 hours...2nd/3rd visit 2+ hours each. 20+ patients in there and only two PT's helping, lots of sitting and waiting to be told what to do next. To top it off, keep getting billed and sent to collections because their billing department will not send the claim to my insurance! I have already paid my copays so my bill should reflect 0.00 owed, instead for the 2nd time it came back with me owing $350+ dollars. I call and call and they tell me they will file - I don't have time for this place.
