DO NOT ATTEMPT TO HIRE THIS COMPANY !!!!

I had called this "company" for a mold  remediation project. We set up an appointment date and time.  On the day of the appointment, I had to call them to find out where they were because they were 30 min. late at this point.  They obviously forgot about the appointment and said they could be there in an hour.  I had to sit and wait for them to show up.

I did get an estimate for the job in about a weeks time, but it was a basic email with the cost and a very vague and brief description of the work.  I did approve the job and emailed them back to set up scheduling and ask for a written detailed proposal so I can sign and get things in motion.  I received no response. I emailed Chris Burton several times throughout the next week and still no response.

I started calling,  and every time I called, Chris was always unavailable. I expressed that this job was accepted and wanted to start. I received no return calls or communication of any kind.  I called at least 5 times on separate days.  I finally called  expressed that I feel that they are not interested in the job and if that was so, please let me know so I can call another company. She, " the receptionist, Whom I presume was Chris herself" gave me the same response that Chris would call me back.

I decided to show up at their office listed on Blanding Blvd only to find the Office vacant and it has been for a while.  I called them one more time and "Chris/the receptionist I presume" transfers me and then the line disconnects.  I know they hung up on me.

This company has no "Integrity".  They do not have the professional courtesy to tell me that they are not interested in the project so I could find someone else.  They wasted my time and that of my clients.   Obviously Liars and the most unprofessional service I have seen in years.

We recently experienced water damage to our home and ended up remodeling 7 rooms total. The crew and staff were all very professional and accommodating. Although not everything went perfectly as planned, the company went above and beyond to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. The staff was always very professional and courteous. Both Ronnie and Derek were fantastic! I highly recommend Integrity Restoration for any residential restoration needs.

Had a major water main break under our slab at our rental property on 5-1-17. When plumber was out fixing the leak he recommended Intergrity Restoration as a water mitigation company.  They immediately came our and began the process of drying out the place.  They submitted their rebuild quote to my insurance company and within a few weeks they were starting the rebuild effort.   Chris at integrity was very helpful along the way and walked me through the process.  It only took about 2 weeks for them to do my rebuild and i would say that it looks even better than before the water leak. My renter moved in yesterday and is also very happy with the job done by Intergrity Restoration.  Highly recommended.

This review is not related to the company's service, but to the so-called "integrity" of the business owner. We should all know who we're dealing with and where our money is going when we hire a company for services.

I recently submitted my resume for an office position through Craigslist and was contacted by the owner, Glen. He asked me a couple of arbitrary questions and then said, "I'm going to ask you a personal question; do you have children? We've had some trouble in the past hiring women, some of them being single mothers who have missed work due to issues with their children..."

THIS IS ILLEGAL and it happens everywhere all the time. Whether his issues with his previous female employees are 100% true or not, he cannot screen qualified candidates based on personal information. While I do not have children and I'm more than qualified for the job as listed, I'm positive that my reaction to his inquiry was heard loud and clear. THIS IS DISCRIMINATION. I don't think he'd appreciate this being done to his mother or wife or daughter or sister. His company's work might be fantastic, but would you really want your money going to someone who practices such poor, not to mention illegal, business ethics?

Awful experience , paid over 10k to get new floors replaced , they didn't install correctly then come out to replace them , rip my floors up again and then I never heard from them again. They basically left me with no floors and took all my money. Very sad.
