Great new interior. Friendly staff. Despite not being our main branch we have used them a few times and will likely move our accounts here.

Very disappointed!
I just moved here from Osoyoos and have an account with the Credit Union there. I withdrew some money from the ATM at your bank here and then proceeded to the teller to ask them to exchange $100. into USD for me.  I was told it was against their policy so should try Valley First Bank down the street. This is Not a Credit Union bank but after telling them my story they were happy to help. They also said they would love to do more business with me and all the perks that go with it. 
Why didnt the young lady at Interior Savings Credit Union offer me the same opportunity??  My husband and I will be transfering banks asap.
