years ago tried registering my daughter for kindergarten round-up and was told by staff that I should consider Ochwilla due to they have more colored children there. I contacted the school board and spoke with Pam Douglas at the time and 2 minutes later I received a Formal apology from Jason Reeves who was the school principal at the time. The school board was embarrassed knowing that this terminology is being used at this institution. And to tell you the truth Ochwilla is a better school hands down because they truly care about the children and their needs. In my opinion I think there should be some additional behavioral training for the staff and not so much for the students...
