I can only speak from my experience with Interlock, but their communication, follow-up, installation, and quality has exceeded my expectations of any contractor. My roof is absolutely gorgeous and the talk of the neighborhood. The installers have gone about their work quietly, professionally, and respectfully (cleaning-up my yard at the end of each day's work). I highly recommend this product and company to anyone looking to replace their roof with something gorgeous and enduring. This is one of the best decisions I've ever made for my home.

Interlock's staff was excellent in addressing all my questions and concerns. I absolutely love my new roof. I absolutely recommend anyone who needs a new roof to try Interlock, you won't be sorry!

I first found out about Interlock metal roofs when I visited one of our customer's homes and noticed the gorgeous roof...I asked her who installed it for her and she told me it was a metal roof by Interlock. The roof on my house was in very bad shape and I was shopping for a new roof and I put Interlock at the top of my list. Upon doing some research, I realized that an Interlock roof was going to cost me quite a bit more than a conventional shingled roof and I was bummed that it may be out of my budget, so I got several quotes on conventional shingles before I finally decided to contact Interlock and get an accurate quote. From the first contact with the Interlock sales rep, Jeff Smith, I could tell that Interlock was a company that operated at a far higher level than any other home improvement companies I have come in contact with...Jeff was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and prepared! He conducted himself in a professional manner and took the time to ask lots of questions about my goals for the house and roof, he took accurate measurements so he could provide me with an accurate quote and while he was preparing his quote (on the spot), he had me watch an informational video on his iPad that outlined all of the benefits of an Interlock roof (Lifetime Warranty, hail resistant, wind resistant, Energy efficient, snow slides off, etc., etc.). By the end of the video, I was 100% convinced that the product is amazing and I knew it was the roof I wanted...but, I was still nervous that it would be waaayyy out of my budget. I told Jeff of my concerns and he presented me with the quote....which, as I suspected, was almost 2.5 times more than a conventional shingle roof. Once I got over my initial sticker shock, I thought about all the value that I would be getting...Lifetime Warranty, hail resistant, wind resistant, Energy efficient, snow slides off, etc., etc. and the decision became much easier...then, to make it even easier, Interlock offered me great financing which fit my budget perfectly! How could I say no? The roof was installed about 2 months ago and it looks AWESOME!! I am very happy with the decision to spend the extra money for a high quality product and I've already recommended Interlock to multiple people...including my brother who is an architect for high-end homes and he was so impressed with the quality that he's been recommending Interlock roofs to his clients!

Roof installed in late October of 2015. Start to finish a good experience. We knew going it what to expect for costing and everyone looking at a metal roof should expect high costs, but still gave it a small ding on overall costs :). The lead time to do the work was long but that expectation was clearly set during the contract negotiations and they were within 2 weeks of that date. Jennifer was a big help keeping me informed of scheduling and always responded within a day of any message left, if I didn't get her live on the phone. The crew was really good (Sergi, Dimitry and the guys) and worked 9-5 without missing a beat after a long daily commute to get to our house.. Considering all the nails, shingles and small metal pieces associated with this installation my yard was spotless. Even after they completed my walk around yielded about a dozen small pieces buried under leaves and to be expected.. Very pleased with that.. So far we're very happy with the experience. The roof looks amazing and we cannot wait for the snow to arrive. Description of work: removed 2 layers of shingles, replaced some damaged plywood after removal, complete roof coverage with ice & water barrier along with a 2nd protective layer then the metal roofing. We had a good sized roof, about 2800 sq. feet with alot of angles and dormers.

Awful product, horrible customer service and service. Been trying to get a quote since last year since this 13 year old lifetime guaranteed roof was installed wrong and is falling apart. Also, I am the third owner ... so I have no recourse that honors a LIFETIME Guarantee. That pretty much adds a loophole that Interlock knows they are relying on homeowners to sell their houses, so the second owner never realizes the fine print, and all subsequent owners get shafted. Bad installation 13 years on a lifetime roof is now probably a $5,000 repair and new roof for my entire house is only double that. A brand new roof to replace what is 2/3's Interlock and 1/3 regular Asphalt is cheaper at this point to have my entire house re-roofed, all materials removed since the Interlock garbage was put on top of existing Asphalt, and all sub roof repairs completed. Don't screw your customers over with fine print and you should fix what you do wrong. Only gave you one star because I had to to post this. I don't need some I am sorry response ... "we are always trying to improve our customer service". This is what you do when you sell a product. Youy do it right and fix it when things are not right. In short ........... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
