I have absolutely loved seeing Dr. Lal! She explained very thoroughly and was very willing to let me decide what I wanted to do in terms of treatment. Many doctors will recommend a medication and expect you to take their advice. Dr. Lal was very good about letting me add my input and took my desires into account. She made recommendations but always was very open about letting me decide what I wanted to do. 

Fair warning, it did take a long time (3 months) to be seen for my first appointment. But given that it's a specialist, I wasn't too surprised.

I can not begin to convey my appreciation and overwhelmingly emotional gratitude for Dr. Lettich's professionalism, expertise, and thoroughness during my appointment today. I have been struggling with extremely severe migraines for years which had reached a point of severe depression and difficulty. Her professional manner has given me a ray of hope and help that was more appreciated than I had the capacity to express. Thank you just does not begin to cover it. (Having read a couple of the other reviews, I am completely unsure who they met with...my experience could not have been more positive).

This turned into a nightmare. First the receptionist said they never received my referral I called my Dr she said she sent it. I called back and when speaking to another person she found it right away.  Neither person was very nice.  In fact I was treated with hostility. The person on the phone acted like she waa doing me a favor. I made the appointment for Feb 2, when I got there they informed me they had cancelled my appointment. I was in shock.  The receptionist was extremely rude. She said because I did not answer her call or confirmed my appointment  she had cancelled my appointment. She acted as if I was a horrible human being stating over and over that because I did not confirm she put someone else in my spot.  I told her I never got a call from her. She argued that she called several times. I asked her what number she called.  She gave a number that I had never heard of.  Again very rude. I asked her where she got that number she said she called to get it. I was so upset. I was shaking and in pain. I then told her how rude she was and never even apologized for her mistakes. I asked to speak with the supervisor she also acted as if it was my fault.  She repeated the samething over and over.  That it was policy.  She also never apologized I pointed that out. Not one time did I receive an apology in fact I was treated as if I was a horrible human being.  I didn't have a ride home for an hour.  They could care less.  I called back every single day for a week to speak with Jan another supervisor.  She has never called me. Imagine that.

If I could give zero stars I would.  Dr. Lettich decides her own plan.  She over talks her patients.  Prescribes medicine to patient that has not worked in the past.  Very rude and abrasive.  If you truly are seeking help for your ailment I would rather see a drug dealer than her.  She wants to put you on meds that cause "antsy pants" (her words) and then another med that counteracts that and also meds you have tired before with no success.  I would never see her again and never recommend her.
