Went to office today and security guard is now some sort of secretary. He treated me like an idiot asking why I was there and making sure I needed the Federal office and not the state. He then tells me the office now operates by appointment only, which I am skeptical of being true. I am now on hold on the phone trying to resolve a problem the IRS is causing me. You know you have Stockholm syndrome when you leave an IRS office a 5-star review. Taxation is theft.
