This has got to be the worst experience you can ask for. Totally unorganized from my perspective. The last time I was there it was packed as usual and i selected a ticket and waited for 45 minutes. during this time every customer that was there before me were seen so naturally I expected to be seen, nope! I was watching several new customers being seen while I was being skipped. The only person to bring my concerns to was the security guard who was an imbecile with the IQ of a possum.

Not happy, big bureaucratic put off. Anything to keep from being responsive to a citizen inquiry.

Unfortunately this is a place that does not help you very much. You can pick up frequently used IRS forms, but you will not get help if you need to ask questions on what to choose.

I just left this office and I must say that Mr. Rudolph provided top notch service and should be commended for his performance. He went above and beyond to assist me. Even the security guard was helpful. Thank you for taking the time instead of turning me away. CCH
