Ordered 6 six shots and was charged $60. I left the bartender a cash tip and wrote cash on the tip line. Well the bartender decided to help herself to a 20% on top of the cash tip. I called the place and it went to an answering machine. Someone texted me shortly asking if they could assist. I told them what happened and they said they would look into it. After weeks of waiting, they stopped responding. Never going back to this place again and will never recommend it.

I wish i could give them 0 stars. I will never go to INTL again , i don’t care what celebrity is there. The staff is beyond rude. One of the security guards pushed my friend when he all was trying to do was ask me a simple question. My friend and I decided we were going to leave & ask for a refund being that we had only been there for 15 mins. She asks one of the front door cashiers and she politely told us we would have to speak with the manager. The other cashier took it upon herself to ask ( very rudely ) what we needed . When we told her , she told us ( very rudely ) that there’s no refunds and to speak with the manager . My friend tells the manager we want a refund and he starts asking 21 questions like he’s 50 cent . After my friend explains that we don’t want to be there because of the encounter with the security guard , he tells us that the security guard was doing his job. I then tell the manager how pushing someone is not required while “ doing their job “. The manager then laughs and tells me that he’s not going To argue with me 🙃 . I decided to walk out to wait for my friend to get her refund and that was it.

I use to like this place but now I'm at a point where this place needs to be shut down for poor business practices. Not only do they not answer the phone, they will not let you get in contact with the owner or manager. I recently took a brother in law to the club from out of state visiting, he got a little wasted and went to the bathroom to vomit, the security in the bathroom got pissed because he was inside throwing up and yelling at him putting him out and apparently he didn't move fast enough and the security cracked him over the head with his flashlight and put him out the back of the club. Once they shoved him out the back, blood gushing from his head, the sheriff in back witness the employee coming out and apologizing explaining that he was sorry that maybe he overacted. Mind you we rented a section and paid $760 and were forced to leave because we had to deal with my brother and take him to the ER. Some tall Mexican guy stated that he is the manager and gave us this number posted on their site to call, stating that they are aware of the situation and the employee will be "fired". There's been no follow up, no compensation for what we paid for the table and had to leave, not even a call to see how my brother was doing, assistance with the ER bill nothing. Now call me stupid but we recently just visited this place again and got a section, my friend rented a table for her b-day celebration and the charge was $680. Well she used her card for $500 and paid the rest in cash. Well this past Monday was a holiday, once the transaction posted they ran her card for the total $680. She tried to dispute with her bank, no luck now we have to return to this place to try getting her money back. This place is not for its customers, its all about the money. Their business practices are terrible and if there is no resolution, the next step is an attorneys office. I'm sure there's surveillance so we will see how they want to handle this.

This place sucks we rented the entire venue out for an event and their bouncers were kicking out 21 year olds for being drunk, they called the cops on a couple that were outside the club and arrested them for trespassing for no good reason, and the bouncers were getting in our faces for asking where the bathroom was! 0/5 stars never going back...

I used to be a regular and INTL and going back it reminded me why I no longer am. 

1) Said they will have a special guest  (TY$) NEVER SHOWED they never announced he wasn't coming and they were charging  $20 a head... so yeah huge misrepresentation!

2) The crowd- sooo it used to be that every celebrity would go here so it drew an amazing crowd BUT now that promoters are obviously lying about special guest it no longer gets packed ... people must have found something better.

3) the music - IDK who the DJ was but it was HORRIBLE like did management even look at the set list?

4) the drinks - the bartenders are beautiful and make really good drinks (the only reason I provided 2 stars)
