Laura sold our home above asking price! During the process issues did arise just like in any real estate transaction. Laura handled everything professionally and always had a back up plan. When the 1st buyer fell out of escrow at the last minute,  Laura already had another buyer ready to take over. She was always responsive to my calls and texts. Laura's patience, availability, and stellar negotiating skills enabled my husband and me to celebrate a handful of "firsts" in just these last 3 months! We were able to fit both of our families into OUR HOME as we hosted our first Thanksgiving dinner! We took advantage of the situation and utilized that joyous holiday to simultaneously experience the gender reveal of our baby BOY with all of our loved ones in OUR BACKYARD! We spent our first Christmas morning, just the two of us, in OUR LIVING ROOM in front of our beautiful natural Christmas tree. And we got to ring in the New Year for the first time with a nice quiet dinner, just the two of us, while watching the ball drop on the big screen my husband has always dreamed of mounting in OUR LIVING ROOM. Now, we await the first time we welcome our baby boy into his new home in just 9 weeks! All of these forever memorable events were made possible by Laura Rojas. Her professionalism was on point, but it was her way of making us feel like family that sold us!

I've been dealing with Agent Laura Rojos and I am very pleased with her services.  She is very attentive and on top of helping us find a place.  In one week she has gone out of her way to show us several places all while trying to accommodate our work schedule.  She is genuinely  trustworthy and anxious to help her clients. I've dealt with other real estate agents before so I was worried i would have another bad experience.  Laura was a pleasant surprise.  I trust my family's future in her hands as should you.  You will not be disappointed.

This is an amazing real Estate company.  The agents really care about their clients and the ones I have worked with, have a Can Do Attitude.  If your looking to get top dollar for your home....or find a great deal on a new home....this is the place to go.

Laura Rojas is one of the most professional people I have ever met. Her attention to detail is outstanding. She's persistent, dedicated and always goes above and beyond.
