I was here two months with no issues. The lady who owns it is not super friendly,but they have a lady who works the desk who is awesome!!! I had a bumper pull,but spent the extra money to get a back in spot and I had a 50 AMP  plug converter. It's peaceful. Only problem was the internet does not reach back there.

This is a great place to either stay over night or even stay long time no matter if it's a month or longer. Is peaceful respectful and fun in the summer while there pool is a blast.

We stayed here for 6 nights in Davenport. Close to everything we needed. A nice park with lots of grass. Spots were kid of close together. There was a swimming pool. They were working constantly on the grounds so things looked great.

Seems like a nice park if you don't get assigned to one of the sites like we were on. It was VERY narrow! Our slides almost touched the neighbor's. 🤤 An ok place for an overnight.

Very clean, plesant with flat sites. We'll kept. Friendly and ready to work with.  One down side was the store.  It had very few items.  They do have a Foosball and air hockey as well as a plethora of movies.
