Interstate Tenant Advisors is North America's leading tenant advisory firm. We are one of the country’s very first firms to provide exclusive tenant-side lease negotiation and advisory for large manufacturing and distribution companies.

Our team represents tenants and tenants alone. With this, our clients are guaranteed the best business solution, a transparent lease negotiation, and absolutely no conflict of interest.

Collectively, the Interstate Tenant team has more than 100 years of experience. This experience exposed them to the fact that many leases were very lucrative for building owners, at the expense of tenants. In 2003, Interstate Tenant Advisors was founded to offer tenants of large industrial buildings exclusive representation, to protect their assets, and lower their fixed costs.

During the past 14 years, we have negotiated $600 million of leases in 65 markets throughout North America. In addition to helping tenants save significantly, our team demonstrates to the tenant that the value of a building is directly correlated to the rent they pay.
