On July 13th, on the way to Louisiana, I hit an object that was in the middle of the road. Luckily someone saw the incident and referred Interstate to us which was a few miles away from where I had the accident. Steve, the guy that picked us up (I think his name was Todd), and the mechanics were super nice to us! I had to go through my insurance company because the repairs were extensive. Every time I called everyone was courteous, friendly, and extremely helpful. They put my mind at ease because I live in Atlanta and my vehicle was in Alabama. I picked up my truck yesterday and she is running fine! Thanks Steve and the rest of your staff! You guys have been great!

We purchased 4 new tires for our travel trailer only to find out after paying that they could only find 3 tires. We were told by employees to drive somewhere else to look for another tire... We were not offered a refund for one of the new tires we purchased that they couldn't find, but one guy did find a used tire that he said looked "really good." This "really good" used tire lasted 50 miles at most. To make the situation better, we were still not given all of our money back for the refund. The new tire cost $69 (we paid with card), we were given $35 back (in cash). When we called to speak with someone about it they told us that the used tires only cost $18... but still refused to refund us our money.  The guy in the office was very avoidant and dismissive when it came to correcting the problem face to face and they get even worse over the phone. I would look elsewhere if you can.

By far the best customer service I have ever experienced. These guys will do everything in their power to make sure you get the help that you need. Friendly people all around, good management, and everyone has a willingness to do whatever it takes to get you back on the road. If you are ever so lucky to get to ride in the cab with Hunter,  tell him I say hi!
