Good long term stay. Nice area. Newly renovated room. This is an extended stay similar to apartment living without the huge deposit and lengthy contract. Stay as long as you want with daily, weekly and monthly billing. Monthly rate is based on 5 weeks (35 days), not first to last of month. You get your bedding a starter set of towels and toilet paper. You provide from there on, along with any kitchen items you may need. This was really the biggest issue most people had, based on the reviews. However, they clearly explain this to you if your calling for reservation. Brandi at the front desk is wonderful. The cleaning ladies have been very personable and friendly. I would, and have already recommended this place to others.

I booked a reservation for my friends' birthday. Unfortunately I was not able to be there for the first day on 12/28/2017. So my friends were there trying to check-in. However, they were told that the credit card and ID of mine was needed to check in the room. Therefore they were not able to check in. Doesn't sound right since i inserted his name in the comments and he was open to giving his card for a deposit but whatever. That was okay. I totally understood. However, the front desk white male that was at the establishment was so rude and inconsiderate. He called me a douche bag and the funny part about it is that I am extra courteous to employees at any place because I totally understand being a worker especially in a hotel setting. We ended up cancelling our trip and went to a new hotel. I don't trust the guy with my personal info including my Credit card and ID. I just wanted a full refund but it was within the 24hr mark so they charged a day's worth on my card. I literally hate it there lol and made my first experience ever in New Orleans a bad taste in my mouth. I would give this area zero stars. It was the worst and didn't even get the chance to stay there. I'm pretty popular on social media due to my social campaigns. Ill be advocating my followers that this place is horrible.

Stayed there for about 4-5 weeks; Room was filthy... the only housekeeping service we received was emptying of the trash can once a week. Megan who worked at the front desk was always very rude. She called the cops on us because we were 30 mins late making our payment, after I just talked to her and told her I was about to pay. Very unprofessional and appalled at how we were treated. We never had any other issues with the front desk staff besides her. Will never return or recommend to anyone.

Absolutely sad experience. The entire staff here seems like they are all miserable people who are looking for a reason to get into it with you. If you are reading this it isn't worth staying here. The general manager is very proud of his title, and obviously has some mental issues. I will NEVER return.

Horrible * don't let the outside fool you, this place is the absolute worst InTown suites I have ever been. The place is falling apart from the inside out. Rooms are nasty, broken, smelly, filthy and you will always get debris from all prior tenants because these staff (all) are so lazy and don't never care about your stay and these rooms are all overrated and over priced. Wouldn't even give a star but had to in order to leave honest review. The outside smells like urine and people throw trash anywhere, plus when pulling dead bodies out of a room the manager will make you go inside to not witness exactly what goes on here. In my honest opinion it is the manager with poor management skills and I have had 4 room rates because of incompetent employees. People fighting, drug deals, bushwhackers, pan handlers, bum rushers, thugs, losers, wife beaters, and homicides. I was here for work purposes only so the sun was shining when I finally got out of the lousy New Orleans area
