The staff there are wonderful we had to stay for four months and the people there were kind and helpful. However many times while trying to take our infant out for a walk there were people smoking weed in the stair wells the corners in the breeze ways smelled of urine from drunks peeing in them and the cops were there often. The staff can not police everyone but the smell of weed was constant and strong and all the time it is not an environment I'd want to have my child in. As just a single man working or maybe a couple I would recommend staying here above any other extended stay.

Very professional, courteous, informative especially given their age and profession. The young man and young lady always have a smile on their face. Always willing to help in any way they can for their guests and potential guests. Any issue that may arise is taken care of in a timely manner. Rooms are clean and fresh smelling. I would definitely refer this establishment to anyone looking to stay in the area for a week or longer. Rates are pretty competitive compared to other extended stay hotels in the surrounding area.

This hotel is located very visibly right off Blanding Blvd but only one way to get in and out. This property is clean and the room here are much better than others. The office Mgr Dee was very nice and she remembered me and makes you feel safe. The price is just right and affordable for everyone. Check it out you won't regret it.

Only the new remodeled rooms is what I suggest those are pretty nice and updated..at least the one we stayed in..very quiet area..the one in Orange park on blanding...the older rooms are kept up to the owners best.

I made a reservation by phone about a week before the check in date. When I got there, they told me there was only 1 room left. A little voice inside me told me to check out the room first. I'm glad I did! It was dingy, the microwave had peeling paint inside of it, the floors looked dirty, and the whole place seemed dank. I did not stay.
