Worst waiting time ever... I am sitting here in the clinic now as I write this. I have been waiting for 1 hour and 42 mins so far and have just been called into the doctors room now. Thats WITH an appointment! Who knows how much longer the doc is going take to see me! RIDICULOUS I have better things to do than to waste my precious time on a Friday before a long weekend. It's not even busy here!! Only 2 people were called in before me in a period of an hour and a half! I don't get it... So unprofessional. I will be looking for a new family doctor.

Dr. Asifa is a professional, efficient and knowledgeable dr. I'm glad she moved to a newly built clinic (larger parking area). I hope management can keep it clean and organized. Wait times are anywhere between 30-1.5 hr with or w/o appt. (pretty much the same anywhere) I encourage the staff to be aware of necessary forms that's needed by patients to avoid wasting of time. I've had instances where I leave the clinic with incomplete forms. All the staff I met are nice and professional people. The pharmacy has friendly and knowledgeable people too. Keep it up!

This was my first time at this clinic. I don't have a family doctor to go to. They let me know they were excepting patients. I only waited 15 mins and the doctor who help me was so helpful and caring. I definitely will go back because they truly care and give great advice. My wrist was hurting and I could not move my fingers. The doctor analyzed my injury and gave me some different options. Thank you for your attention to detail and quick service. This will be the only place I go now and will recommend Intrepid Health group to everyone I know.

I noticed that some people have not had the best experience at this place. My experience was great. I was looking for a walk-in clinic in the area which would have a doctor i could see on short notice. I checked-in at the front, and saw a doctor 15 minutes later. I will definitely visit this place if i need to see another doctor. I know some people seem frustrated with the scheduling, i would say this is a new place so lets give them some time to get all this figure it out. :)

Great caring physicians in a new building that is easy to access. Short wait time to see a walk-in physician. Very friendly front staff who were very accomodating in scheduling. New building with lots of parking spaces. Also very impressed with their friendly in-house pharmacy team that coordinates with the physician. Well known rehab clinic, "Activa" is also in-house. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new family doctor!
