Here for the NCAA tournament and I will walk away saying Intrust Arena needs to be in permanent rotation. The concourses are great with lounge areas. Incredibly nice ushers. Awesome site lines (even from the top wings). The staff helped lead the way for folks with disabilities and wheelchair access was great. Well done Wichita! Fan areas were great outside the arena and also well patrolled.

First time going here. Attended the Thunder VS Tulsa hockey game. It could've been better organized, but it was a free based on the customer appreciation day.

The arena itself seems very nice. A little steep but it seems like your never too far from the rink.
Based from a Sec. 213 - Row. S - Seat 8-11 place.

Very lively and energetic. Interested in future visits.

Kevin Hart was great! Was a bit bummed because we heard people say their seats were moved and they paid for the cheapest seats. Amenities were awesome! Staff was friendly and helpful.

The show was better than the company. JK beautiful. There isn't anyone else that I would rather have seen this show with. Watching your face light up with excitement and awe of what you were witnessing definitely made my birthday present truly special and unforgettable. Sometimes you absolutely get what you pay for, but, lucky me occasionally I get something that money could never buy....  I get to spend these moments with you. 💑

I've seen a lot of shows, concerts, and games here and have been pleasantly surprised with my experiences.  I love that there are a lot of food and drink stands on several different levels.  The staff are professional and helpful.  The facilities are clean and well-kept.  The concessions and drinks are a little overpriced, but nothing out of the ordinary for this type of event space.  I enjoy this location and look forward to attending many more events here.
