Such a great facility, very clean and such friendly staff. I see Dr.Huemmer for chiropractic care and Maurice for physical therapy and I couldn't be more satisfied. Both take their time to listen to your needs and then treat you with the utmost care.

I went there for physical therapy to get work done on my jaw, back & hips at separate times. The reception was usually welcoming but talked loud sometimes until their boss came around, the music has gotten a better zen feel since they switched to Spotify, and the physical therapists are reliably good at what they do. I've been other places that were more affordable, but I think its a better value here regardless. They took time to make sure my form was right while doing exercises and gave me advice to try and get back into running sometimes - which I am now able to do after years of letting go of my hobby.

As a lifelong home exerciser, if anyone had told me six months ago that I would join a gym, hire a personal trainer and work with both a chiropractor and yoga therapist, I would have said “No way!” And yet, here I am…and I could not be more thrilled with the changes to my health and well-being. Following back-to-back surgeries (the last a total hip replacement), I first entered the world of Invivo to work with the amazing team of physical therapists, led by visionary founder and owner Maurice Dumit. From the moment you walk into the extraordinarily beautiful setting, you know that this is no ordinary pt joint and gym. Everyone- expert therapists, trainers and staff (front and back offices)- are unfailing smart, cool, kind and welcoming. Most importantly, the entire team is completely dedicated to helping you realize your individual health and fitness goals… and then, even to surpass them. Yet- and this is important- there is no hard sell here. The genius of Invivo is that they simply make it incredibly convenient and rewarding to try all these different modalities, assembling your own set of tools for healthy living. They even have free covered parking- no small perk in this popular East side neighborhood! Moving forward, I’m excited to try everything offered here- massage therapists, yoga and fitness classes, acupuncture and more- to create my own synergistic possibilities. While no one can promise the fountain of youth, personally, I plan to continue Invivo-ing as often and as long as I possibly can.

Their yoga classes keep me centered and flexible to handle just about any challenge that comes my way. And they have a full array of classes for beginners to pros. And their massage therapists are amazing. They are serious about wellness! -Lora DeWan Dental Wellness

Incredibly beautiful, clean, and personable gym. The light airy space invites me to work out. Seriously. There's never been a gym that gets me excited to exercise, but Invivo makes me want to take care of my whole being - and it's easy enough to do with great fitness machines, yoga, a sauna, massage and seasonal cleanses. I do not miss the harsh buzzing lights and excessive noise and crowds at other gyms. Invivo is perfect for me. Plus, I'm always happy to support a local business!
