Trying to get a child support review from these people is like a slow and painful death. They not only sent me forms after forms to fill out, but sent them 2 and 3 times saying they could not locate the originals I filled out with all my tax filings, then saying you have 14 days to return them or you could receive an unfavorable review. Then of course they tell you it takes up to six months to review a case, yes it takes that long because they are in no hurry that's for sure. So by the time they even started on mine, I was evicted from my home, child support was still being deducted for my son three years after his eighteenth birthday. Yep you heard correctly, he is 21 now and they still have me paying child support to my ex for him [No not because there are unpaid child support either] and the only way to stop it is to ask for a review. How wrong is this, I'm homeless and eating dog food because of negligence on the part of their very own mistakes.

Its like pulling teeth.....you can't contact the people you need to and it's not even a real person....doesnt help you at all....this thing sucks......needs to go back to a human answering the phone bc at least we can get the help we need then

Recently had a child support hearing and not only did they mess up my employment information but also assummed I had 0 child  care and expenses which  wasn't even discussed and they have the nerve to tell methat no mistakes were made and I would have to denovo and speak with the circuit court judge about it.so the iknia county foc is a place to go were they are not hk d accountable for there mistakes and you have to fix them unless your a specific gender!
