Baseball - baseball is the only game where the object is to go home.
In 1905 Jake Kimm (a baseball player) constructed Benton County Savings Bank in Norway, Iowa. That remodeled building now houses a baseball museum that contains Norway baseball history in the form of murals, displays, trophies, pictures, and other historic memorabilia.
To provide a centralized location to display, remember, preserve and share with the community and its visitors, the history of Norway and its baseball tradition.
Our museum store has Norway & Final Season tee shirts, caps, and jackets, as well as, pencils, calendars, postcards, bricks, framed mural prints, and many other miscellaneous items including our history book NORWAY BASEBALL-GONE BUT NOT FORGOTTEN.
