I have honestly never had issues with the Iowa City Police.

Other than one weird time I was pulled over for not having my lights on on a mildly overcast day? I thought you only needed to have your lights on at night, not when there was more than average cloud cover?

I didn't get a ticket or anything, so I just sorta shrugged it off.

I also got a $45 (3*15) parking ticket from them when I was dealing with the frustration of finding parking near my apartment. Sucked, but when you park illegally in frustration, and you get fined, the fault is your own.

Other than that, I've never really interacted with the Iowa City Police.

Edit: Oh! I forgot! They kept pulling over my math professor, Dr. Robert Baker. He's a black guy. They pull him over over, and over, and over, and over. I have to reduce their rating a little for that.
