DHS case workers do not follow procedures on anything and with do illegal acts to make a buck. Especially Dawn Boyle. If you ever have her request for a new worker asap. She never calls you back or anything.

The African American woman at the front desk is very rude and doesn't seem to want to help. She told me to fill a form out for Medicaid and I brought 3 payment stubs and she refused to take them saying i have to send them myself or fax them to my case worker who she refused to tell me who that was. When I asked for a supervisor or manager she said they were to busy to come out and they will tell me the samething. I've called 4-6 times a day for almost 4 weeks now and left voicemails and nobody answers the call or responds. My doctor signed me up in 10 minutes and got approved ob the spot.....and now I deal with this for renewal.

Long wait for call backs at customer service,  Sioux City office long wait time for a human to talk to you,  front desk person will give one excuse after another why your waiting when you are the only one in the office.  Poor communication between Dhs and medicaid and also to mco.  Minor children  are being overlooked by the state of Iowa for Healthcare.  Hawki reps are condescending and keep repeating its not our fault, it's the state of Iowa.

The woman at the front desk is VERY rude! She acts like she is better then you and talks to you like you are no one! She hangs up on you when you call DHS for something!
