Way faster experience than I used to have at the older location! I don't dread coming here anymore! Also if you need to go there and you are wondering how busy it is you can go on their website and see how busy their waiting room is on their camera which is really handy!

Very bad experience had a rude instructor her name was Amy before we started driving my a/c was blowing on us so I turned it off she turned it back on talking about we're not going to do that how are u going to control my heat and a/c that's out of your pay wage mamm?! she had attitude explaining things to me slapping her hand on her knee etc. I was already nervous enough now I gotta deal with if somebody is bringing attitude and negative energy into their work place yeah not good at all

It seem to me they get a attitude when you call about your stuff I need my ID I don’t and not use to a paper ID that’s it the people in Iowa are Rude unprofessional it’s terrible

Terrible service terrible at helping with a name change for my wife because of our out of state marriage because I’m in the military. Overall just plain rude

Slow processing.  Lived in Iowa for 30 years and every time I have visited the Cedar Rapids driver's licensing station there has been exuberant wait times.   Appears to be very understaffed.    

There are 8 stations of which only three are staffed.   Very much like a Walmart with multiple checkout lines and only a handful of employees.
