James and Ginny Taylor and their team are excellent to work with!  They have saved my wife and I considerable amounts of money consistently on auto insurance for the past 2 years.  They are easy to work with, excellent communicators, and have the hearts of teachers explaining products and services.  Would recommend to anyone!  Update: over a year later and they have also cut my mother-in-law's auto insurance rate in half from what she was paying previously - thanks again, James and Ginny!

The team at Iowa insurance store is always helpful. Good at guiding you through all your insurance needs. They were able to work with my house purchase and car coverage. I will continue to use them for a long time.

I recently purchased a home and auto policy from James. He was very thorough in his explanations and helped me to understand what I needed and why. He showed me where my current policies were lacking and the repercussions if something would happen. Everyone that I have spoken to in the office has been extremely helpful, friendly, and polite.
