Our experience wasn't the best one. We were not told the true. And it cost us a lot of money that we didn't have to solve many problems. I just wish people will tell the truth. How can they sleep at night?  Move in date was Oct 2023

"The difference" I had been house hunting for months and had met a couple different realtors. Then I met Amanda! Buying  a home can be an exciting and stressful process, with Amanda , she had  completely put my mind at ease. She was also very prompt.If I text her at 9 at night or if I text her at 7 in the morning she was always there me. I felt like I had a big sister holding my hand the whole way through. When you're buying a home, you want to know where you're buying a home in and with Amanda being a local lender she could tell me little things that make the different. The ice cream shop three blocks down that you can buy 1.25 ice cream cones, the local flower shop in town that every spring decorates tulips, it's the little things that made me more comfortable with buying my home and making a good choice for my family.I could not have done it and wouldn't have done it with anyone else except Amanda Bills!

I worked with the local Agent Amanda Bills. Absolutely a fantastic job. She helped me buy a home in Dawson. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Very responsive and on top of things. She knows the local area and can help anyone in the market. Buying or selling she would be my choice of agent.

Beautiful view!  You can see over 20 miles.

Amanda was awesome. Unfortunately I decided I'm going to wait a while before I sell but I will use her.

Amanda was fired. Do not recommend! All there interested in is a fast sell!

Wish all communities had a Rock as nice as the original Freedom Rock.
